Shipping  Policy Note that purchases over $200 must be verified before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions. Orders placed before 2 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day. We offer Priority 1 – 3 Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Day shipping. Delivery times are based on the distance from our  warehouse. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking

Sorry, we do not take responsibility if USPS delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control.

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned.

1. REFUNDS
Refunds are available to customers within 21 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If the listed conditions are not met, O. B. Phantasy Hair & Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund.

2. RETURNS
